Shipping Policy

Effective date: 2 December 2025. This policy explains how we fulfil digital and physical components of our study resources once your payment succeeds.

Scope

Dr Amalya Verma offers primarily digital goods, including study roadmaps, recorded sessions, live cohort access, and templates. This Shipping Policy explains how these products are delivered to you after payment is confirmed.

Digital Delivery Times

PDF guides and templates: Download links are displayed on the order confirmation page and sent by email within 5 minutes of payment success.

Live cohort or webinar access: Joining instructions and calendar invites are emailed within 24 hours. For purchases made within 2 hours of a live session, you will also receive a WhatsApp alert where available.

Recorded sessions: Streaming access is granted instantly after payment, and a confirmation email with login details is sent within 15 minutes.

Physical Shipments (if applicable)

From time to time we may bundle physical study aids such as flashcard decks or planners. When included, shipping timelines and courier details will be specified on the respective product page. Orders are processed within 3 business days and delivered through reputable courier partners with tracking information shared by email.

Order Confirmation

After every successful payment you will receive an email receipt from our payment gateway (Razorpay) along with a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive either email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us so that we can resend the confirmation.

Access Issues

If a download link or login credential fails, please write to support@dramalyaa.com with the email used at checkout. We aim to resolve access issues within 24 working hours.

International Customers

Digital products can be accessed from any country, subject to local internet availability and time-zone considerations. Physical shipments outside India are currently handled on a case-by-case basis; reach out to us before purchasing if you require international delivery.

Updates to Digital Content

When we refresh a roadmap or session recording, updated files are emailed to all active purchasers at no additional cost. Please ensure that support@dramalyaa.com is whitelisted in your inbox to receive these updates.

Support Hours

Our team responds to shipping or delivery queries between 10:00 and 18:00 IST on business days. Messages received outside these hours will be addressed on the next working day.
