Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Effective date: 2 December 2025. Please review the conditions below before enrolling or purchasing to understand when refunds or credits are available.

General Policy

Most offerings from Dr Amalya Verma are digital and delivered instantly. Because the value is received immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we recognise that genuine issues can arise, and this policy details how we handle them.

Digital Downloads (PDFs, Templates, Recordings)

Due to the nature of downloadable content, refunds are not issued once a file has been delivered. If you experience technical issues accessing a file, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will resend the download link or provide alternative access.

Live Cohorts, Workshops, and Coaching Calls

You may request a cancellation up to 48 hours before the first live session for a full refund, minus any payment gateway fees incurred.

Requests made within 48 hours of the live start time will be eligible for a credit that can be applied to a future batch or course. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.

If a live session is postponed or cancelled by us, you may choose between a full refund or a seat in the rescheduled batch.

Payment Issues and Duplicates

If your payment is deducted more than once or you are charged without receiving access, please email the transaction reference or UTR to support@dramalyaa.com within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Timeline for Refund Processing

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days from the date confirmation is sent. Settlement timelines may vary based on your issuing bank or payment provider.

Request Procedure

Send an email to support@dramalyaa.com with your full name, the email used at checkout, transaction reference, and reason for cancellation or refund. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of abuse, sharing of proprietary content, policy violations, or where a significant portion of the course has already been consumed.

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Cancellation & Refunds Policy periodically. Material changes will be updated here with a new effective date, and continuing to use our services after changes indicates acceptance.
